The Role

You’ll lead paid social strategy and execution while driving a growing affiliate programme across ShopMy, LTK and beyond. From briefing agencies to recruiting partners to commissioning standout creative, you’ll keep performance marketing sharp, efficient and always campaign-ready.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Briefing and managing the paid social agency, holding them accountable for CPA, ROAS and new-customer targets
  • Overseeing creative testing and audience strategy, aligned with organic and influencer content
  • Owning the affiliate programme end to end, including partner recruitment and commercial terms
  • Managing ShopMy and LTK, from creator recruitment to commission structures and platform admin
  • Monitoring affiliate performance and commission spend to keep the partner mix efficient
  • Briefing on-brand creative and collateral for paid and affiliate activity ahead of launches and campaigns
  • Supporting subscription-driving activity to grow the subscriber base
