The Role
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially sharp, entrepreneurial leader to take full ownership of a successful business and push it into its next phase of growth. You'll blend strategic vision with hands-on operational leadership, working closely with the Founder and Medical Director to turn ambition into results.
- Own the clinic's full commercial, operational and strategic performance
- Take ownership of the P&L, including revenue, costs, margins, budgets and forecasting
- Identify and act on opportunities to grow revenue, profitability and capacity
- Develop and execute a clear business plan and growth strategy
- Explore new partnerships, services and expansion opportunities
- Oversee all clinic departments, ensuring clear targets and accountability
- Provide operational oversight of non-surgical clinical services
- Manage capacity, rotas, appointment utilisation and resource planning
