An entrepreneurial, luxury beauty brand is looking for a Head of Digital to own its global growth strategy and drive real commercial impact across every digital channel.

The Role

  • Own and deliver the global digital strategy, aligned to ambitious ecommerce revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging platforms, with full accountability for ROAS, CAC and marketing profitability.
  • Build and scale a global affiliate programme, recruiting new partners and maximising return.
  • Shape influencer marketing strategy across the UK, US and international markets, turning creator partnerships into measurable sales growth.
  • Drive CRM and lifecycle marketing across email, SMS and personalisation to boost retention and lifetime value.
  • Partner with Ecommerce to optimise conversion, merchandising and onsite journeys.
  • Own the digital marketing budget and translate performance data into sharp, commercial decisions.
  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing digital team.

How You'll Dazzle Us

You’ve had previous experience at this level, leading digital growth in a fast-moving, commercially driven business. You're a charismatic leader with commercial acumen, are passionate about the beauty industry, an accomplished negotiator and influencer, and have strong organisational and time management skills. Experience in the luxury sector is preferred but not essential.
