Join a fast-paced, dynamic environment at the heart of the beauty and wellness industry. This is a key role driving excellence across operations, logistics, and B2B wholesale fulfilment.

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Operations Manager to lead a collaborative team and oversee the smooth running of all order processing and dispatch operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with internal teams, warehouses, and sales to ensure an exceptional customer experience and continuous improvement across the board.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the Operations team, assessing workloads and allocating accounts
  • Managing and developing the team through weekly catch-ups and tailored development plans
  • Managing the full operational process, responding to follow-up queries and customer needs
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with warehouse partners and improving fulfilment processes
  • Updating warehouse teams on B2B requirements such as kitting and reworks
  • Overseeing order fulfilment, export documentation, and compliance paperwork
  • Acting as the point of escalation for urgent issues and key projects
  • Collaborating with the Head of Operations on system and warehouse improvements (e.g. EDI integration)
  • Supporting credit control with account reconciliation
  • Working with the Ecommerce team to resolve stock/order issues and reduce web errors
  • Creating reports to monitor open orders and support wider business decisions
  • Providing weekly updates on operational performance and ongoing projects
  • Supporting Sales teams across various territories and planning seasonal product launches
  • Driving the S&OP process through post-activity evaluations
