A growing luxury skincare brand is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Skincare Consultant to support its launch within a prestigious department store environment in the heart of Knightsbridge. This position is ongoing temporary work with weekly pay.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and supporting the successful establishment of the brand within a premium retail setting. This role requires proven experience as a skincare consultant, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand to the highest professional standard
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalised skincare consultations
- Drive retail sales and consistently meet and exceed performance targets
- Actively promote products and convert consultations into sales
- Build strong relationships with clients and retail partners
- Support brand awareness and customer loyalty initiatives
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and participate in training activities
- Ensure compliance with all retailer policies and brand guidelines
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience working as a skincare consultant (Level 2/3) in a luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and consistently achieve targets
- Availability to work three days per week in a premium department store setting
- Must be approved by the retailer and/or successfully complete the approval process
- Minimum of three years’ experience in luxury skincare within a department store setting
- Strong track record of delivering retail success
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- Professional presentation and strong brand representation
Desirable Criteria
- Experience supporting a developing or emerging luxury brand
- Proven ability to drive retail sales growth
- NVQ Level 2/3 beauty qualification
Contract and Working Arrangements
- Initial employment is temporary with weekly pay
