JUNIOR WHOLESALE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for their first or second job and is keen to develop a career in a fast-paced, luxury skincare environment. The primary responsibility of this role will be order loading, with additional administrative support tasks to assist our Wholesale Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Loading and Management:
- Accurately and efficiently load customer orders into our system.
- Monitor and track orders to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any order-related issues.
Customer Service:
- Manage B2B client accounts and provide support as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Address client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in preparing weekly reports.
- Support the UK & Travel Retail Sales Operations Planning.
- Help with the onboarding of new accounts and ensuring vendor compliance.
