Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Wholesale Operations Executive to be based in London. To support the requirements of the Operations team, primarily through the efficient processing of product orders and close management of support networks. Ensuring both external and internal customers receive the best service and latest information available.
Key responsibilities will be to:
- Collaborate with warehouses for order updates, dispatch details, and project timelines.
- Provide shipping and fulfilment information to customers and account managers.
- Assist Finance with POD requests, credit notes, invoicing, and dispute resolution.
- Handle stock errors efficiently, reporting issues to relevant teams.
- Manage backorders and communicate stock availability to stakeholders.
- Manage customer returns in collaboration with sales, customers, and warehouse.
- Liaise with US and UK warehouses on special deliveries, transit times, and export documents.
- Create reports on operational stats and performance for Operations Management.
- Provide weekly updates on projects, KPIs, and outstanding issues.
- Work collaboratively with Sales teams on key account data overviews.
- Be the first point of contact for all operational matters.
- Support and participate in IT and warehouse projects.
Our ideal candidate has worked within the beauty industry, has intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel), and knowledge of SAP, SAGE 200 (or relevant software). You will need to be familiar with EDI process and have numerical and literacy skills. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and time management. You should be a charismatic relationship builder who will be engaged within the business and have a flexible approach to work.
