The Role
- As Video Producer, you will lead end-to-end video creation across paid media, organic social and brand campaigns.
- You will be the driving force behind content that converts, builds brand equity, and stops the scroll.
- Concept, film and edit high-performing video ads across Meta and TikTok, including brand and UGC-style formats.
- Iterate on winning creatives and continuously test new hooks, formats and narratives to improve CPA, CTR and ROAS.
- Support the Organic Social team with filming, editing and best-practice guidance across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms.
- Provide video art direction for NPD launches, campaign shoots and brand moments, from concept through to final edit.
- Collaborate closely with Paid Media, Creative, Influencer and Ecommerce teams to align video output with commercial priorities.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and apply learnings to keep the brand’s video content current, competitive and differentiated.
