Job Description
Join a leading name in the wellbeing and lifestyle retail industry as a Store Manager, where you’ll bring your passion for people, planet and premium customer experiences to life in one of the UK’s most inspiring retail environments.
The Role
As a Store Manager, you’ll lead your standalone store with energy, empathy and commercial flair. You’ll inspire your team daily to deliver exceptional service, drive sales and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that champions wellbeing. Supported by your line manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of store operations – from local strategy and events to stock and people management – ensuring your store thrives as a true wellbeing hub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the store
- Drive sales performance, KPIs and company objectives
- Develop quarterly business plans aligned to targets, events and new product launches
- Manage payroll, rotas, stocktakes, reporting and stock orders
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- Create engaging in-store content for online and social platforms
- Conduct 1-1s, reviews and goal setting to nurture team development
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that inspires wellbeing
- Uphold visual merchandising and housekeeping standards

You’ll be an experienced retail manager with a minimum of two years’ experience leading a standalone store, ideally within a health or beauty environment. A natural and positive leader, you motivate with kindness, thrive in fast-paced settings and bring strong commercial awareness to everything you do. Highly organised and proactive, you are confident using MS Office, Excel and Google Drive, communicate brilliantly to build trust and collaboration, and maintain exceptional operational standards with a keen eye for detail.
