The Role

You’ll be part of a Visitor Experience Team – on a 10 month contract – at the heart of a busy, world famous visitor attraction.

Every day brings new faces, new questions and new chances to make someone’s visit unforgettable.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome a diverse range of visitors and help them find their way around
  • Proactively engage with visitors to make sure they get the most from their visit
  • Manage visitor flow and queuing with a calm, friendly approach
  • Follow policies and procedures to keep everyone safe
  • Assist with emergency evacuations when needed
  • Resolve visitor issues quickly, or escalate to the Duty Manager
  • Work closely with teams across Learning, Security and the Café
  • Greet visitors on arrival and set them up for a great visit
  • Support opening and closing procedures
