We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Skincare Counter Manager, you will be working in a luxury Department Store in the heart of London. As a Counter Manager, you are a brand ambassador. Through your engaging style, you will actively drive and increase your business, encouraging all Beauty Consultants to achieve their sales targets.
As Counter Manager, you will actively drive business, encouraging all beauty therapists consultants to achieve their sales targets. By leading and coaching your team, you will ensure that all clients receive a personalised luxury service. You will develop and build your client base through recruiting new domestic and international clientele.
An overview of your responsibilities:
