The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and engaging Assistant Counter Manager who will support in leading a dynamic beauty team to drive results and deliver a luxury, personalised experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support and coach team members to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Deliver exceptional product knowledge and service, including skincare consultations and makeovers
  • Drive sales through storytelling, cross-selling and brand education
