This is a brilliant opportunity for a proactive designer with experience in beauty, fashion or lifestyle, who thrives in a brand-led, creative environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating visually impactful design assets for digital (social, email, web, paid media) and print (packaging, POS, in-store).
  • Translating briefs into on-brand, engaging visuals across two distinct brand identities.
  • Maintaining consistent creative standards across formats while adapting core concepts as needed.
  • Applying brand guidelines effectively across all touchpoints.
  • Supporting brand collateral development, including templates, toolkits and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborating with social, digital and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
  • Contributing to design discussions and reviews with fresh ideas and a positive, team-first attitude.
  • Managing multiple tasks and deadlines with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Staying up to date with design trends, digital tools and exploring new creative formats (motion, video).

  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in graphic and digital design
  • Strong understanding of print production and packaging design
  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop essential)
  • Knowledge of digital design formats (email, paid media, product pages)
  • A love of typography, visual storytelling, and innovative design
  • Beauty, luxury or fashion industry experience (a bonus if you’ve worked across both premium and mass-market brands)
