The Role
- Deliver personalised luxury skincare consultations
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Proactively recruit new clients and build a loyal client base through customer engagement and exceptional service
- Confidently drive sales through product recommendations and traffic stopping
- Support in-store events
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and retail standards
- Assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and daily counter operations
You bring at least two years' luxury beauty retail experience and a genuine passion for skincare.
You have a proven track record of hitting sales targets, and you're confident, proactive and self-motivated.
Your customer service and communication skills set the standard, and you're just as comfortable leading solo as you are collaborating with a team.
An NVQ Level 2 is a bonus, and full flexibility across a five-day week is essential.
