You will be joining a fast-growing, premium fragrance retail brand as their UK Sales Manager in East London.
This is a senior, hands-on sales leadership role with national responsibility, perfect for an experienced retail sales professional who thrives on pace, people leadership and performance. You will be on the road most of the time, inspiring teams, driving commercial results and bringing the brand to life across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading national retail sales performance and delivering ambitious revenue targets
- Driving KPIs including conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction and sales mix
- Coaching, developing and motivating a dispersed team of retail leaders and sales teams
- Embedding a high-performance, customer-first culture across all locations
- Using data and insight to identify opportunities, improve results and address underperformance
- Ensuring consistent operational excellence, visual standards and brand presentation
- Working closely with head office teams to deliver product launches and campaigns
- Building strong internal and external relationships to maximise sales and brand visibility
- Travelling extensively across the UK, with flexibility to support weekend trading when required
