The role involves leading and delivering a high-impact social media and influencer strategy across organic and paid channels, blending hands-on content creation with sharp commercial thinking. This is a role for someone experienced, confident and excited to own their space.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the day-to-day management of organic social channels across all key platforms
- Planning, scheduling and publishing content aligned to launches, campaigns and the wider brand calendar
- Monitoring performance, engagement and trends, turning insight into continuous optimisation
- Delivering influencer and creator activity across seeding, paid partnerships and campaign collaborations
- Supporting influencer identification, outreach, gifting, content delivery and usage rights
- Ensuring influencer content lands on time, on brand and against campaign objectives, with clear reporting
- Supporting content production with internal teams, creators and agencies, optimised for organic and paid performance
- Analysing results to identify winning formats, trends and opportunities for growth
- Supporting PR and events through coordinated social and influencer coverage before, during and after key moments
You bring 5+ years’ experience in social media within beauty, luxury or fashion, with proven success across both organic and paid social. You’re equally comfortable editing short-form video as you are analysing ROAS, conversions and platform performance. With a strong eye for aesthetics, deep knowledge of content trends and creator culture, and a confident, collaborative approach, you thrive in fast-moving, founder-led environments and know how to turn creativity into commercial impact.
