You will be joining a founder-led, luxury beauty brand with global ambition, cultural relevance and a strong creative point of view.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role sitting at the heart of content, creators, performance and growth. You will shape how the brand shows up socially around the world, driving commercial impact while building long-term brand equity. Working closely with the founder and cross-functional teams, you will lead organic social, influencer marketing and paid social, with strategic oversight of global PR and events to support visibility and momentum.
Responsibilities
- Owning the organic social strategy across all key platforms, driving growth, engagement and cultural relevance
- Leading founder-led storytelling and positioning social as a primary growth and influence channel
- Setting and scaling paid social strategy and budgets, using data to drive efficient and sustainable performance
- Overseeing creative testing, audience strategy and campaign planning, aligned across organic, paid and influencer activity
- Leading influencer and creator programmes end to end, from seeding to paid partnerships and long-term collaborations
- Measuring success through reach, relevance, content quality and clear commercial outcomes
- Providing strategic oversight of global PR and brand events, ensuring activity supports social, influencer and commercial priorities
- Guiding agency partners and internal teams on positioning, messaging and key cultural moments
- Contributing to wider business strategy and direction
Requirements
- You are a commercially minded operator with deep experience in the luxury beauty space and a proven track record at this level, both in the UK and internationally.
- You are confident in managing brand social channels, paid social budgets and influencer programmes with measurable impact.
- You bring strong leadership skills, excellent communication and a natural ability to build influential relationships.
- Detail-driven yet creative, you combine strategic thinking with a genuinely hands-on approach and a clear passion for the beauty industry.
