A London based luxury skincare brand is looking for a Head of Global Education.
This is a rare opportunity to define and lead the global education vision for one of the world’s most respected luxury skincare brands. You will lead the global education function, creating innovative learning programmes that equip retail, spa, clinic, distributor and direct-to-consumer teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and commercial results. This is education as a strategic growth driver, not a support function.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global education strategy aligned with business growth objectives, with clear KPIs to measure impact and return on investment.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing global education team, partnering with regional leaders and distributors to balance global consistency with local market needs.
- Oversee education programmes, certification pathways, treatment protocols and digital learning content that communicate brand science, efficacy and luxury positioning.
- Partner with Commercial, Retail and Spa teams to drive retail performance, treatment bookings, customer engagement and brand loyalty.
- Use performance data to evaluate effectiveness, spot opportunities and continually improve business outcomes.
