This is a rare opportunity to join a prestigious, internationally recognised skincare brand as an International Trainer and Senior Therapist. Working directly with the Global Head of Aesthetics, you will be at the centre of a world-class spa education programme, inspiring therapists across the globe and ensuring that every treatment delivered carries the brand’s signature standard of clinical excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing the global spa training strategy to support business initiatives
- Facilitating training programmes for internal and external teams across international and UK-based spa accounts
- Building strong, meaningful relationships across a global spa network
- Exciting and inspiring therapists to enhance their effectiveness and drive sales performance
- Explaining ingredients, formulations and treatment benefits in a way that is approachable, engaging and memorable
- Distributing new training content and programmes to all spa accounts in a timely manner
- Working closely with the Global Head of Aesthetics to build training schedules aligned to product launches and spa priorities
- Supporting special events, activations and PR activities with pre-event and on-site training delivery

You are a confident, polished and passionate skincare professional with proven spa experience as an aesthetician and a genuine love for education. You hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in face and body treatments, and you know how to hold a room whether it is a small counter team or a large international audience. You communicate with clarity and warmth, translate technical knowledge into compelling content, and bring the kind of energy that leaves therapists genuinely inspired. You are highly organised, detail-led, comfortable with international travel, and at ease working within a premium, fast-moving environment.
