A luxury beauty brand is searching for a dedicated HR Advisor to be based in London.
The Role
As our HR Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting every aspect of the employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity for an experienced HR professional who wants to develop collaborative relationships across the business in order to make a real impact. You’ll be trusted to work closely with all departments, championing a positive culture and ensuring the business continues to grow with the right people in place.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Ensuring accurate employee records and HR data reporting via PeopleHR
- Overseeing employee benefits, payroll submissions, and pension administration
- Providing advice on employment law, HR policies and ER case management
- Supporting learning and development, including performance reviews and training initiatives
- Building trusted relationships across the business, driving engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Coordinating HR transactions and improving internal systems and processes
