A luxury beauty brand is looking for an experienced Head of Design and Creative to be based in London.
The Role
As Head of Design & Creative, you’ll lead a talented in-house studio, blending visionary art direction with efficient project management. From packaging to digital, retail to campaigns, you’ll oversee the entire creative output – ensuring it’s not only on brand, but inspiring and effective.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full creative pipeline to deliver projects on time and to brief
- Leading weekly production meetings and overseeing traffic across design, copy and content
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop briefs and asset plans
- Directing seasonal campaign photoshoots and ensuring consistency across all visual assets
- Approving final designs and maintaining a high bar for brand quality
- Leading and mentoring a studio team of designers, artworkers, and freelancers
- Partnering with external creatives, agencies and production teams
- Owning and evolving brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Creating effective launch toolkits and on-brand copy
