  • Proven track record in Fragrance/Beauty or Luxury retail sales
  • Maximising retail sales and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues is essential.
  • A quick learner, you will build a strong, comprehensive knowledge of the brand and products
  • You will be a motivational team player and deliver agreed sales KPI’s.
  • Personable and pro-active, you will ensure that every customer is approached and assisted, ensuring increased sales and customer loyalty.
  • Use your visual merchandising experience to support the implementation of seasonal campaigns and ensure that the shop floor and back of house areas remain at a high standard at all times.
