We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Beauty Therapist, based in a luxury store in Exeter. As a Beauty Therapist you are a brand ambassador. In your role, you are responsible for achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing personalised luxury treatments to customers. Through your passion for the brand, you will demonstrate an attitude that benefits the brand at all times.
This is a permanent role, working 30 hours per week, flexible 4 days.
Your Experience
- Qualified Beauty Therapist (essential)
- Able to demonstrate skill set via a trade test
- Background in achieving product sales targets
- Ability to provide excellent personalised customer service
- Flexibility during retail hours, this may include evening, weekend and bank holidays
- Desire to learn product knowledge, application techniques and beauty room treatments & protocols
- Previous beauty retail industry experience is desirable.
- Tenacious; willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer leaves having received the very best in luxury service
- Driven and results orientated
- Self-confident; you will be able to approach and engage with customers at ease, using your strong selling skills to chase that extra sale.
- You will be able to demonstrate skincare treatment and product knowledge, and through excellent communication skills, be able to identify key items that would suit the customers’ needs.
- Immaculately groomed and presented; you will embody the elegance that customers have come to identify with this Brand
