You’ll need a strong track record of delivering results in a DTC environment, ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth settings and are hands-on, strategic, and always looking for the next opportunity to innovate.
You will:
- Bring previous experience of ecommerce leadership, preferably within DTC
- Have proven success owning ecommerce P&Ls and driving commercial performance
- Know how to interpret data and use it to make impactful decisions
- Understand the nuances of different global markets and how to localise effectively
- Lead with warmth, confidence, and collaboration, inspiring those around you
