From planning promotions and overseeing CRM strategies to managing digital marketing agencies and improving the customer journey, you\’ll be the driving force behind online growth.Key Accountabilities:Website Management / Online TradingSupport the Head of Ecommerce with digital strategy and budgetingPlan and execute promotional activities in line with marketing and trade calendarsWork closely with internal teams and third-party agencies to deliver website updatesIdentify trends in performance and explore opportunities to increase revenueAnalyse sales and conversion data to improve performanceSupport the ecommerce roadmap, testing and briefing new functionalitiesDigital Marketing / CRMDevelop and execute CRM strategies for email, SMS, and loyalty programmesOversee digital marketing agencies and CRO teams on plans and deliverablesBuild and manage content across the website and digital channelsAttend strategy meetings with key third-party agenciesCustomer ExperienceOptimise mobile and desktop website experiences to improve sales and conversionsCollaborate with customer service teams to ensure a seamless online journeyMonitor heatmaps, analyse customer behaviour, and recommend improvementsProvide key digital insights and reports to inform decision-makingSupply Chain and OperationsWork with supply chain teams to ensure accurate stock levels on the websiteConduct regular system checks, including test ordersGeneralContribute to overall business strategy and directionProvide support to ecommerce and commercial teams as neededEnsure accurate reporting and efficient communication across teamsWe\’re looking for someone with proven ecommerce experience, ideally within retail, beauty, or fashion.
