A skincare and wellness brand is on the hunt for an E-retail Account Manager to be based in London. We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to lead the way in driving growth across high-profile online retailers such as Look Fantastic, Sephora, and Escentual.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in beauty or skincare, eager to combine strategic thinking with hands-on account management. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you’ll be responsible for owning the P&L, executing joint business plans, and developing category-first, data-driven strategies that deliver real impact.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure the customer experience is nothing short of brilliant. Expect to lead with insight, champion innovation, and build lasting partnerships that help our brands soar ahead of the market.
You’ll bring a solid track record of success in a similar role within the beauty, skincare, or FMCG space – ideally with 2–3 years of experience managing e-retailers. You’ll have a strong grasp of the digital retail landscape, know how to craft compelling online activations, and be no stranger to negotiating with top-tier retailers.
Your strategic mindset is matched by your hands-on ability to execute plans and your love of using data to fuel decisions. You’re naturally collaborative, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and able to lead with both heart and humour. Whether you’re analysing performance, building joint business plans, or spotting the next big trend, you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment where ideas and energy are always welcome.
