A premium beauty brand is hiring a Director of Ecommerce to lead its direct-to-consumer growth. This is a senior, hands-on role for a digital marketer who has scaled beauty ecommerce before and knows exactly what moves the needle online.

The Role

  • You'll own the online business end to end, strategy, performance, customer experience and team.
  • Reporting to the Directors, you'll set the digital roadmap, hit ambitious revenue and margin targets, and make sure every interaction with the brand online feels as considered as the product itself.
  • The role spans the D2C site, digital marketing across paid and organic channels, CRM and retention, and the operational side of ecommerce including fulfilment and stock.
  • You'll also work alongside the clinic and distribution sides of the business to keep the customer journey seamless across channels.
