A luxury wellness brand is looking for a Counter Manager to be a brand ambassador in a leading luxury department store in London. This role offers commission on sales.

The role

You’ll be the brand ambassador responsible for managing the counter, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a dynamic and proactive individual with a passion for luxury wellness and beauty tech products and strong sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales through effective customer engagement and expert product knowledge. Achieve and exceed sales targets, implementing strategies to boost performance. Provide personalised consultations, educating customers on the benefits of the products. Maintain a deep understanding of the product portfolio.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the counter is impeccably presented and stocked at all times. Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines. Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Brand Representation: Act as the face of the brand, upholding the brand’s prestige and values. Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and customers. Coordinate with marketing and PR teams for in-store events and promotions.
