Beauty Business Manager

A cruelty free beauty brand is looking for a Beauty Business Manager for a luxury beauty department in the Trafford Centre.

As Beauty Business Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure a flawless customer experience, and lead your team to meet and exceed performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience
• Uphold brand retail standards and practices to ensure efficiency and consistency
• Analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform business strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders
• Drive sales performance and achieve/exceed KPIs through strategic initiatives
• Set and monitor individual and team sales goals
• Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and lead in-store events and promotions
• Promptly address customer queries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction
• Recruit, train and mentor team members, fostering a positive team culture
• Conduct regular performance reviews and support individual development

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years in a retail management role, ideally in beauty or luxury
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for the beauty industry and delivering premium customer experiences
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Experience in inventory control and visual merchandising
• Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours
• Comfortable engaging with various levels of management and stakeholders
