We are looking for an experienced Beauty Account Coordinator to join our dynamic London team, based in Mayfair.

The Role

As a Beauty Account Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between our office team and store teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to the highest standards.

A mix of office-based work, home-based flexibility (one day per week), and in-store visits keeps this role dynamic and engaging.

Your key responsibilities will include

  • Team Management: Lead and manage store teams to ensure high standards of performance, including timekeeping, grooming, and client interaction.
  • Performance Oversight: Monitor sales performance, providing feedback to both store staff and management to ensure targets are met.
  • Store Visits: Conduct regular visits to stores to assess staff performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with store teams and clients to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.
  • Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks such as updating records, coordinating schedules, and responding to store requests.
  • Excel and Reporting: Use advanced Excel skills to track key metrics, including sales performance and team productivity. Prepare detailed reports for management and analysis.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges and work closely with store management to address any performance issues or operational hurdles.
