A luxury fragrance brand is looking for an experienced Boutique Manager to be based in London. The Role
As Boutique Manager, you’ll be leading a passionate and high-performing team to deliver world-class service to discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximise profitability.
Establish and maintain operational procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the store.
Recruit, train, and develop staff members, providing ongoing coaching.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and take appropriate action to address performance issues.
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures and preparing rotas and monthly payroll reports.
Monitor and analyse sales performance, identify trends and opportunities, and implement action plans to address challenges and capitalise on opportunities.
You will need:
Previous experience in retail management (ideally for a beauty brand), with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
Passion for the fragrance industry and a desire to create exceptional customer experiences.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
