Are you an Accounts Assistant looking to expand your skills and gain experience across multiple industries? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a diverse group with interests in property and other sectors, where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with a highly experienced Head of Finance who is passionate about developing talent, providing a unique opportunity to learn from an expert and grow your finance knowledge.
What You’ll Do
- Handle day-to-day accounts, including invoices, payments, and expense processing
- Maintain and reconcile tenant accounts, supporting rent collection where needed
- Assist with financial reporting, schedules, and bank reconciliations
- Support the finance and property teams with administrative tasks
- Learn and contribute across a variety of finance and property operations using Xero and Excel
- Assist with audits and ad-hoc projects, gaining exposure to different parts of the business
Who You Are
- Accounts, credit control, or property finance experience is helpful but not essential
- Familiarity with Xero is preferred, but training will be provided
- Detail-oriented, organised, and keen to develop your finance skills
- Professional and confident communicator, comfortable working independently
