Who you are?

  • You come from a research focused background or have built equivalent experience through project work
  • You are confident planning and delivering research from start to finish
  • You are comfortable speaking with people from different backgrounds and lived experiences
  • You understand ethical considerations and inclusive research practice
  • You can analyse qualitative data and communicate insights clearly and simply
  • You are curious, empathetic and motivated by work that has real purpose
  • You are organised, proactive and able to manage your own workload

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience within social impact, regeneration, planning, public sector, charity or community focused projects
  • Experience presenting findings to stakeholders or clients
  • Some exposure to evaluation frameworks or impact measurement
