Artis Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading organisation in the creative and digital tech sector with the appointment of a PA/Office Manager on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a busy, people-first environment where your organisational skills and proactive approach will make a real impact. The role offers flexibility around hours (full-time or part-time) and hybrid working, with 2-3 days a week based in the business's Bristol office.
We're looking for someone who can start immediately and is ready to hit the ground running. You must be immediately available and have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship to be considered for this role.
Key responsibilities:- Proactive diary and inbox management for senior leaders, including scheduling meetings and managing priorities
- Filtering emails, flagging urgent actions, and helping to maintain focus on key business objectives
- Office management duties, including ordering supplies, coordinating facilities, supporting on-site team members, and keeping things running smoothly
- Acting as a friendly and efficient first point of contact for internal and external visitors
- Providing general administrative support, including assisting with internal processes and supporting ad hoc projects
- A highly organised, professional PA, EA, or Office Manager
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a creative, tech or fast-paced business is a bonus, but not essential
- Someone who's immediately available and ready to start now
- You must have the right to work in the UK and be able to commit to a hybrid role based in Bristol
- A competitive salary up to £30,000 FTE
