Artis HR are on the lookout for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced organisation who have created this new role in their expanding people function. This role will support leaders across the business, in 2 dedicated functional areas, acting as a trusted people partner to implement and deliver key strategic objectives in line with the broader business priorities to support growth.

The role will involve:

  • Partnering closely with managers to provide pragmatic, commercial HR advice
  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exit
  • Managing a range of employee relations cases, including performance, absence, disciplinaries and grievances
  • Advising on organisational change, restructures and consultation processes
  • Supporting performance management and annual people cycles
  • Providing guidance on reward, pay reviews and role alignment
  • Working collaboratively with wider HR and specialist teams
  • Ensuring HR practices align with employment legislation and best practice

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a true HR Business Partner role
  • The ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working in a fast-paced digitally and technically focused environment.
