The Role
- You’ll act as the first point of contact for managers and employees across a designated business area, providing clear, confident advice on a wide range of HR matters.
- You’ll coach and support managers on performance, absence, employee relations, and engagement, while playing a key role in cyclical processes such as pay reviews, promotions, and performance management.
- There will also be opportunities to contribute to strategic projects and broader transformation work alongside HR Business Partners, helping to shape the future direction of the HR function.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a HR Advisor role within a professional services environment (essential)
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to take initiative
