Artis Finance & Accountancy is proud to be supporting a fast-paced, multi-entity organisation as they look to expand their finance team with the addition of a Management Accountant.If you're a qualified or newly qualified accountant who enjoys variety, thrives on collaboration, and wants to play a visible role in shaping financial insights – this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.You'll join a high-performing finance team at the heart of the business, where your work will influence decision-making and help drive efficiency and improvement. Whether it's leading month-end, building out smarter reporting, or providing cover across finance functions – this is a role for someone who wants to add real value.What You'll Be Doing* Taking the lead on month-end processes and helping produce meaningful management accounts* Building out cash flow forecasts to keep the business on the front foot* Getting hands-on with ledgers, reconciliations, and fixed asset reporting* Using Sage Intacct to automate and enhance reporting* Supporting with KPIs that actually inform performance* Jumping in to support payroll and wider finance functions when needed* Acting as a key support to the Financial Controller – and stepping up in their absenceAbout You* You're ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified – or nearly there* Comfortable with payroll and experienced in group or PLC reporting environments* Commercially aware – you don't just report numbers, you ask the "why?"* A team player who's confident working across departments* Organised, self-sufficient, and able to juggle competing priorities* Tech-savvy, especially with Excel and modern finance systems (Sage Intacct is a bonus)This is more than just a reporting role – it's a chance to be part of a business where your insight matters and your development is supported.
