HR Business Partner FTC

Artis HR are supporting a well-established, high-profile organisation with the appointment of an experienced HR Business Partner on a 9-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover. This is a broad and hands-on HR role within a fast-paced, people-focused organisation, offering the opportunity to work across a varied remit including employee relations, recruitment, policy, learning and development, performance and wider people projects. The successful candidate will be someone who is confident working independently, comfortable managing competing priorities and able to build strong relationships with managers across the business. You will need to be resilient, practical and adaptable, with the ability to bring structure and process while remaining flexible when priorities change. The Role Working closely with senior stakeholders and managers, you will act as a trusted HR partner and provide practical, commercially focused advice across the employee lifecycle.
