Artis HR are currently supporting a leading organisation in the recruitment of an HR Advisor to join their HR team on a fixed-term contract through to December 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and people-focused business operating across the UK. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this role will provide expert guidance and support across a broad range of HR matters including employee relations, policy implementation, organisational change, and people-focused projects. This is a hybrid position based within Devon, with flexibility required due to potential office location changes over the coming months.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from managers and employees
- Provide advice and support on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues
- Support organisational change projects including restructures and redundancy processes
- Identify and escalate HR risks where appropriate
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coach and support managers on best practice people management
- Maintain HR case logs and produce ad hoc HR reports
- Support maternity processes and work closely with payroll and HR administration teams
- Ensure right-to-work records remain compliant and up to date
- Contribute to HR initiatives including wellbeing, engagement, and diversity
