Artis Executive is delighted to be partnering with a highly successful UK organisation to appoint an experienced Head of Internal Communications. This is a rare opportunity to shape how thousands of colleagues experience, understand and engage with the organisation's strategy, purpose and culture. 3 days a week in the Bristol based office. Reporting into a senior People leader, you will define and deliver the internal communications and colleague engagement strategy, ensuring employees remain informed, inspired and connected during an exciting period of organisational transformation.
This is a highly visible leadership role, partnering with senior executives to influence culture, support change and create a first-class colleague experience.
