Responsibilities
- Own the commercial financial control environment and lead a small team.
- Mitigate risk and ensure that new business agreements are commercially compliant before final commitment is made.
- Review pricing proposals before sign off to commit.
- Analyze deal structures to ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and revenue recognition processes.
- Provide value‑added analysis and justify reasons for declining opportunities.
- Evaluate the impact of opportunities on business processes and profitability in the short and long term.
- Conduct hands‑on reviews of initial deal possibilities with level‑headed assessment.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of commercial contract appraisal and structures.
- Experience reviewing pricing proposals prior to commitment.
