Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional looking for your next opportunity? We are partnering with a well-regarded organisation seeking an Employee Relations Advisor on a fixed-term contract (FTC) for a minimum of 2 months.

As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will support the delivery of an effective and efficient Employee Relations service, working closely with managers to ensure best practices are upheld. This role will require a mix of remote and on-site work, with one day per week in the Gloucester office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance to managers on handling ER issues, both informally and formally
  • Advise on ER cases up to final written warning stage, with support on dismissals
  • Monitor cases proactively to ensure timely resolution
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR colleagues to promote positive employee relations
  • Support and contribute to ER-related projects and policy development
  • Coach and train managers to enhance their people management skills
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
About You
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
  • Experience coaching and advising managers on ER matters
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and projects efficiently

Offering a competitive salary of £32,000 - £37,000 (pro rata), this position provides flexibility and the chance to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
