Are you passionate about HR and want to make an impact? Artis HR are working with a National Leading business, based in the UK looking to hire a People Partner. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join our client on a Part Time basis. The role will support sites outside Swansea and Newport.
An integral member of the People team, you will provide strategic and high-level operational HR advice and guidance across designated service areas, and drive performance through the people. We are looking for candidates who can build strong relationships with Senior Leaders and Line Managers and create innovative solutions.
With your flair for sound judgement, you will have a comprehensive understanding of complex ER case work and the ability to manage issues to pre-empt similar cases arising. Advise on all HR aspects associated with change management such as restructures and succession planning. Assist with the design, delivery, and evaluation of training to support the development of line managers and senior leaders.
Using data and analytics, measure the effectiveness of policies and understand the importance of further evidence for future improvement. Drive strategic HR projects. CIPD qualified with previous experience in a large fast-paced organisation is essential. Well experienced in advising senior managers on all aspects of people management.
Sound knowledge of employment law with a pragmatic approach to its application in the workplace. Managed complex case work and has a full understanding of potential risk to a business. Ability to resolve issues independently or as part of a team. Sound judgement and confidently makes decisions using clear rationale. Ability to use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of policies. Takes the lead on strategic HR projects. Keeps up to date with HR trends and best HR practice. Excellent report writing skills.
