  • Conduct workshops, interviews, document reviews and workflow analysis to gather and document business requirements
  • Translate business needs into user stories and detailed specifications
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery
  • Facilitate and coordinate user acceptance testing
  • Act as a bridge between business units, technology teams and external suppliers
  • Support the enforcement of project deadlines and delivery schedules
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to improving team standards and practices

Skills & Experience:

  • Solid experience delivering business analysis across business and system change projects

  • Proven ability to analyse complex problems and translate business needs into clear requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills - able to engage stakeholders and drive positive change
  • Comfortable facilitating workshops and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Confident documenting processes, workflows, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Ability to evaluate and define MVPs, as well as track project benefits and outcomes
  • A proactive self-starter with strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Capable of leading within a project team and challenging the status quo constructively
  • A background in the professional services - financial and legal services would be preferred.

Desirable Experience:

  • Full project lifecycle experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Writing functional and non-functional specifications for IT and operational systems
  • Working with technical teams including developers and architects
  • Managing competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects
