Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional looking for your next opportunity? We're partnering with a values-led organisation in Bristol to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Specialist on a fixed-term basis for 4-5 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative HR team, playing a key role in managing a varied and complex ER caseload while making a genuine difference to people's lives.
Joining an established People team, you will provide expert employee relations support to managers across the organisation, handling a broad range of cases from start to finish:
- Capability and performance issues
- Complex and sensitive employee relations matters
- Advising and coaching managers through formal processes
- Ensuring cases are managed fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation and organisational policy
You'll work closely with operational leaders and become a trusted advisor, supporting managers with varying levels of HR experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a broad employee relations caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Availability to start at short notice or within a short notice period
This role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is looking to make an immediate impact. You'll be joining a close-knit and experienced HR team that works collaboratively, shares knowledge and supports one another to achieve the best outcomes.
