Artis HR are supporting a respected professional services organisation with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join their established HR team in Bristol, Bath or Swindon. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders in a people-focused environment where trust, credibility and sound judgement are essential.
This is a broad, hands-on generalist position supporting managers across a range of people matters. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact, guiding leaders through employee relations issues, supporting performance conversations, advising on organisational changes and contributing to wider people initiatives. The environment is fast-paced and relationship-driven, so visibility and strong communication skills are key.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience in a HR Advisor role within legal or professional services
- Confidence managing employee relations cases with minimal supervision
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and how it applies in practice
- Experience supporting change or restructuring activity
- The ability to build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence using HR data and reporting tools
- CIPD qualification or working towards
Salary is up to £42,000 plus benefits. The role operates on a hybrid basis, with 2-3 days per week in the office in either Bristol, Bath or Swindon. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
