Artis HR are working with a leading organisation in the professional services sector who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their collaborative and ambitious HR team. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with business leaders, providing sound HR advice and supporting a high-performing, people-focused culture.

The Role

  • You’ll act as the first point of contact for managers and employees across a designated business area, advising on a wide range of HR matters.
  • You’ll coach and support managers on performance, absence, employee relations, and engagement, and play a key role in cyclical processes such as pay reviews, promotions, and performance management.
  • You’ll also have the chance to get involved in strategic projects and transformation work alongside HR Business Partners, helping to shape the future of the HR function.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a HR Advisor role within a professional services environment (essential)
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic business with a collaborative mindset

Location: Bristol (2-3 days per week in the office)

Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience
