Do you have credit control experience and can you work in a 12‐month fixed‐term contract? If you can work in the Emersons Green area of Bristol 2 days a week on a hybrid basis and start within the next 6 weeks, we'd like to hear from you. We need to bolster our B2C credit control function with several credit controllers to handle an ever‐increasing workload.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer queries and communicate effectively on the phone and via email.

- Credit control experience.
