Artis HR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading, multi-sector engineering business who are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team and play a pivotal role in shaping their recruitment strategy. This is a hybrid role based in Somerset, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking full 360 ownership of recruitment across all business functions and regions
- Partnering with hiring managers to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions
- Managing the ATS
- Leading subcontractor and agency relationships
- Direct sourcing using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Supporting both permanent and contract recruitment, including IR35 knowledge
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Proven track record in recruiting technical or engineering roles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms
- Confidently managing contractor recruitment and agency relationships
