Artis HR are working in partnership with a well-established professional services organisation to recruit a HR Advisor to join their busy and collaborative HR team in Swindon. This is a varied generalist opportunity, supporting managers across a broad range of people matters. You will play a key role in providing practical HR guidance, navigating employee relations cases, advising on performance matters and supporting organisational change activity. The role requires someone confident building relationships across the business and comfortable operating in a professional, stakeholder-driven environment.
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Previous HR Advisor experience within legal or professional services
- Strong employee relations capability and confidence handling cases independently
- A sound working knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Exposure to change or restructuring projects
- The ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, including HR reporting
- CIPD qualification or currently studying
